Oh man! Today was a hella long day! Had work training from 7am and worked until 5pm.
Then signed up for the 6pm XFit class.
Intense but not as intense as yesterday when my entire body was just sore from my first day back at Crossfit, xD

7min Burpees AMRAP
Did part A with a 45lb bar, was gonna shoot for 55, but it was so heavy and I wasn’t used to it yet and plus the hang cleans burned!!
Got up to 66 burpees, freaking intense!! I think the world record is 160? or something like that…
