Holy shit! Haven’t done CrossFit in 2weeks and feel like bleh! ><!
That’s what I get for working/conferences/and feeling lazy and waking up late!
Anyways, made a determination to go back this morning, woke up and jumped outta bed to get ready.
Strength: Press 3x5 (add 2.5lbs)

7 Burpee Box Jumps 20”*Use 45 lbs for this workout if your squat is under 95
*Use 65 lbs for this workout if your squat is 95-135
*Use 95 lbs for this workout if your squat is 135-175
*Use 135 lbs for this workout if your squat is 175-225
*Use 185 lbs for this workout if your squat is btw 225-275
*Use 225 lbs for this workout if your squat is btw 275 - 315 lbs
*Use 275 lbs for this workout if your squat is between 315-400 lbs
