Strength: Deadlift 5RM
Then15 min AMRAP
10 Supine Ring Rows (feet on box to make body parallel to ground at bottom
10 True Push-ups (True Push Ups are done with both hands and feet balancing on parallets, make sure you get your chest below parallel…we will probably use plates, maybe a medball or two)
Strength: 45 (10reps) / 65 (10reps) / 85 (7reps) / 105 (5reps) / 110 (5reps)
WOD: Did 8 rounds of 10 each for Ring-row pull-ups and Chest to floor push-ups
whew! My arms were exploding when the 15mins were over ><
Death was me! At least for my hamstrings (from yesterday’s sprints and my biceps were exploding from both yesterday and today! geez!)
